Certification Workshop Overview

Workshop Description: The workshop will provide instruction in the development of evaluation items. Participants will develop items and receive feedback during the workshop session. Once the workshop has concluded subject-matter experts review, edit and approve each item.

During the workshop participants develop evaluation items for potential use in certification tests. Participants receive feedback and recommendations for revision during the workshop.

Workshop Length: This is an intensive 5 day workshop.

Workshop Purpose: This workshop is designed to address the needs of technical staff and managers who need to develop certification exams and associated materials. During this workshop, participants will learn how create tests tailored to specific products or services. Participants will also learn to evaluate internal and external personal against specific performance criteria related to the defined products and services.
