Dr. Lila Kirschbaum heads up a team that has driven projects to successful completion through her systematic use of proven consultant-client interactions. Some of the clients the Performance Results Consulting Group has provided consultation to include EMC, MITRE, Fannie Mae and HP.

For each consulting project, Dr. Kirschbaum forms a team of professionals to address its unique needs.

Before forming the Performance Results Consulting Group Dr. Kirschbaum worked in both academic and business environments. She worked for Fidelity Investments, Digital Equipment Corporation, Florida State University, and The University of Iowa. Dr. Kirschbaum has been a consultant to Sales, Financial, Retail, Support, Engineering, Manufacturing, Education, and Services organizations, operating in both domestic and international arenas. Dr. Kirschbaum holds a Ph.D. from Florida State University and a Masters from the University of Iowa.
